PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Euros. Full payment is required to initiate work, and receipt of payment will serve as confirmation of your order. The client is responsible for any applicable taxes.
LEAD TIME
The lead time begins once payment has been received. Please note that the lead time is an estimate and is not guaranteed in case of shipping or production delay.
Production or transportation may sometimes be delayed, beyond our control, and we thank you for your understanding in the event of a delay. We keep our customers informed as much as possible.
SHIPPING
For European Union shipments, we partner with our local shippers to ensure secure delivery. All fixtures are carefully wrapped and packed. Most shipments typically take 3-5 business days from the ship date. Some orders, such as those from the Arrow Collection, may require crating.
For international shipments, any applicable local taxes, VAT, or duties are billed directly by customs to the consignee upon import. Violaine d’Harcourt Lda is not responsible for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses related to delays in shipment or delivery. While shipping times are not guaranteed, we will make every effort to ensure your lamps arrive as promptly as possible.
PRODUCT IMAGES, COLOR ACCURACY AND VARIATIONS
All efforts have been made to accurately photograph the finishes and colors of products. Slight variances can sometimes occur between the photographic representation and the actual product.
Each lamp is the result of artisanal work and will include some natural variation in finish and color. This is inherent to the process and makes each of our pieces unique.
DAMAGE CLAIM
Our lamps are well packaged and protected, so that they arrive intact. However, if they arrive damaged, please send us photos of the damaged package and lamp right after receipt (within 48h of receipts of the goods) and we will replace your purchase. If damage has occurred in shipping, all packaging must be retained by the receiver; failure to do so may invalidate any claim.
Return Policy
Each of our luminaires is crafted with care and attention to detail. Unlike large industrial retailers, we do not operate on a mass-production model with extensive stock. Every piece is carefully designed, produced in limited quantities, and shipped with the highest standards of quality. For this reason, we encourage our customers to carefully review all product information before making a purchase.
1. No Returns or Exchanges, Except in Case of Damage
Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following cases:
The product has arrived damaged due to transport
A manufacturing defect has been identified upon reception of your lamp
In such cases, we will provide a suitable replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos of the product and packaging.
2. Exceptional Returns Policy
While we do not accept returns for reasons of preference or misjudgment, we may, at our discretion, authorize a return under the following conditions:
The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, as it will need to be suitable for resale
High-resolution photos of the lamp must be provided before shipping the return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If free shipping was offered at the time of purchase, the initial outbound shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund as per Article 6(i) (Directive 2011/83/EU)
Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our quality control team, a refund will be processed, minus a deduction for handling and transport costs.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For logistical and ecological reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom or made-to-order products with no defects
Items that have been installed, used, or altered in any way

We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and a shipping label. We kindly ask our customers to send photos of their lamp in its packaging and condition before shipment. The refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and verified.
