Where are your products made?
Our lamps are crafted in Portugal, ensuring exceptional quality and durability. Some components are sourced from other CE-compliant countries, or from the US for UL-certified components.
Do you have a showroom or a place to view your lamps?
Our showroom-atelier is located in Lisbon, Campo de Ourique. Feel free to contact us if you would like to plan a visit.
Where can I find your products in physical stores?
Our lamps are available in select stores across Europe and the UK.

At what height should I install my wall lamp?
We recommend the following heights for electrical outlets: Alcove (165 cm), Tiles (170 cm), and Frames (185 cm).
For Tiles sconces: Is the bulb visible from the side?
The bulb is concealed behind a polypropylene diffuser that softens the light and prevents direct visibility of the bulb.
Do you provide technical specifications for your lamps?
Yes, technical specifications are available upon request, as for 3D. Please email info@violainedharcourt.com for detailed documentation. Installation instructions for Frames and Tiles models are also available.

I live outside Europe. Can I use your lamps?
Our products are available with either 220-240V (CE) or 110-120V (UL) wiring. Please verify which configuration is appropriate for your country's electrical standard before ordering.
Can I use your wall lamps without a wall outlet?
Yes, we offer an optional white cotton cord with switch that can be connected to the back of any lamp model, allowing you to plug it into a standard outlet. This option is available for all our sconces in both CE and UL versions.
How do I install my wall sconce?
We recommend professional installation by a certified electrician. However, our sconces feature straightforward installation with connector/domino wire connections and require only 1-2 screws per fixture.
Bulb Questions
Can the Alcoves be used with a more powerful bulb?
Alcoves come standard with a 1W bulb that provides warm, ambient lighting. If you require more illumination, we can recommend compatible higher-wattage bulbs with similar dimensions. Please contact us at info@violainedharcourt.com for specific recommendations.
Are the provided bulbs dimmable?

Tiles and Alcoves models are typically kept in stock at our French warehouse and ship within one week worldwide. Frames and Arrow models ship directly from our Lisbon atelier, with lead times generally ranging from 2-8 weeks depending on order volume.
Returns and Exchanges
My lamp was delivered broken - how can I proceed?
While we take great care to ensure our products are well-packaged and protected during transit, damage can occasionally occur. Rest assured that all our shipments are fully insured. If your item arrives damaged, please send photos of both the damaged packaging and lamp immediately upon receipt to info@violainedharcourt.com. We'll promptly arrange a replacement for you. The lead time will depend on current stock availability, but we're committed to resolving the issue quickly to ensure your complete satisfaction.
